  • I WILL NOT DRAW UNDERAGE CHARACTERS

    • If they look like they're underage, I will decline,.

    • If you are underage, you will be blocked.

  • I have the right to decline any request I'm uncomfortable with.

  • LGBTQA+ Community is welcomed and respected, with absolutely no slurs.

    • Slurs result in an immediate blacklist / block.​

  • Complicated designs will be upcharged.

    • You will be informed of any charges in the invoice and verbally.

  • I DO NOT draw real life people.

    • It's just not something I'm interested in!​

  • Large amounts of accessories (outfits, intricate jewelry, armor. ) will be upcharged, if you're unsure about your OC don't hesitate to DM and ask!

  • Wings won't be upcharged on sketches (they'll be simplified) 

    • More detailed pieces will be upcharged.​

  • Simplified gear only, will be upcharged.

    • if you'd like more detailed gear I do triple my charge! If you'd like help pricing don't hesitate to DM.​

  • Edits exceeding more than 10 will be upcharged a dollar an edit. [effective: 7/1/26]

  • I work best with visual references, but I will work with detailed layouts such as a character sheet.

  • Images can be included in character sells/trades/gifting, do not ask.

  • The commissioner may repost. PLEASE DO NOT REPOST ANY OF MY ARTWORK, if you are not the commissioner.

    • UNLESS YOU ARE THE COMMISSIONER. ​

  • The commission may not alter any artwork unless given permission by me.

  • My work may not be resold/redistributed/copied. DO NOT repost to tumblr, E621, FA, Twitter, etc... Unless I am posting it under any of the names below. I will block/blacklist you! Unless you ask, I give permission to those who have profiles there.​

    • You may find my work listed under the names: FVKKAT, OMNIFANGS, FVKKT.

  • Please credit me for the designs, whether you link my in the descrip, tag me below, or in any credits. 

    • If you’ve had the character remade, please still credit me for the design for I put a lot of love into characters I help build.

  • Resale/ Gifting/ Trading is allowed, do not notify me of the new owner.

    • Make them aware of my TOS/TOU if they have anything questions they may DM me on Twitter/FA.

  • Do not resell for anything higher than you’ve paid without extra artwork.

  • Please do not harass any commissioners who has a design you want, I will blacklist/block you from ordering from me in the future, thank you!

PERSONAL CHARACTER SALES 

  • Personal characters (designs made for myself I’ve decided to sell) cannot be resold/trade/gifted without explicit permission from me.

  • Cannot be resold for more than purchased unless extra artwork is acquired.

  • You may not apply your own TOS/TOU to my designs/characters, if this happens you will be blocked.

  • Cannot be used commercially.
